Learning Networks

After reading 3 Steps for Building a Professional Learning Network (Crowley, 2014), I understand that this kind of networks help me to learn and improve, to have a broader perspective, and to connect with people with the same interests. All of this is very important because it contributes to see different points of view, learn from each other, and to learn how the technology or the education are going in different directions.

I have been following Google for Education and Hour of Code for a long time. My experience has been taking information from them. With Hour of Code, I have helped to translate some materials but I have not contributed yet with some of my ideas or experiences.

Edutopia

"Edutopia is a trusted source shining a spotlight on what works in education. We show people how they can adopt or adapt best practices, and we tell stories of innovation and continuous learning in the real world."
This is my favorite one. It posts at least two articles every day with research-based information and it really gives me a better view on education.
